The tools you need - the relationship you want.
My office is a safe space where you can be free to talk honestly about what you are thinking and
feeling. I hope to help you learn the tools you need to create the relationship that you want as we work together to
understand your challenges. My therapy style is direct and interactive.
Contrary to popular belief, the choice to begin psychotherapy
is inherently unselfish. In fact, its primary purpose is to help you heal and grow, so that you increase in your capacity
to love and respect those around you. Therefore, psychotherapy is one of the best investments you can make as an individual,
couple, and/or family to ensure leaving this world a better place than when you arrived

I believe in the power of change; not towards what you are not, but
rather towards accepting all that you are. I understand the pain and loneliness that occurs when shame, guilt, anger, disappointment
and loss become overwhelming. I feel that psychotherapy is a collaborative experience, and that we participate in a journey
together. The therapeutic relationship provides opportunities to examine past and current relationships
with others and with the Self.

the primary therapies I utilize when counseling with each individual client, couple, or family as they focus
on the present and work toward an improved future. However, I have found that other therapeutic interventions such
